Join a 'Master Butchery' Class

To celebrate its newly strengthened specifications, Quality Standard beef and lamb is hosting butchery classes on 17 November. The events will be two hours long and cost £25 per person, will give you the chance to try your hand at some simple at-home butchery techniques, gain insight from a professional butcher and learn how to get the most out of your own butcher hosted by London butcher Danny Lidgate.

During the class, Danny will explain the importance of buying quality meat and will give you tips on how to get the most out of your butcher.

As well as giving an impressive butchery demonstration, Danny will guide you through some home butchery skills, teaching you how to butterfly a leg of lamb, which you will be able to take home with you at the end of the event.
