FAQ's
Here are the answers to some of the questions we have been asked most frequently.
Do I have to register?
No, you don’t. Much of the Recipe Club is available to you without having to register.
What are the benefits of registering?
By registering you are able to create your own My Cookbook, compile your own shopping lists and keep your own recipe journal. You can take advantage of the facility to email your cookbook and text shopping lists to yourself or to friends.
Why do I have to log-in once I have registered?
Simply to access your own, private areas of the Recipe Club, such as My Cookbook, or your shopping lists. Once logged in you are able to save and revisit your recipes, shopping lists and recipe journal.
Is my information available to other Recipe Club members ?
Certainly not. That is your own private record which can only be accessed with your email address and secret password.
Will my information be passed on to 3rd parties?
No. Your privacy will be safeguarded at all times.
Where do these recipes come from?
Our recipes are devised and developed by the Food Advisors here at EBLEX. They are tested and re-tested until we are confident that they are easy to use and will deliver delicious results for you. If you have any queries, please click here:

Save as many as you like and hold them for as long as you wish to.
Can I edit recipes once they’re in My Cookbook?
No you can't edit the recipes themselves but you can always add a note to any recipe you have saved.
How do I share my recipes/shopping lists or recipe journal?
You can print or email to yourself or to others. Please take a quick look at our ‘how to’ videos in this section.
Why do certain characters get rejected when I enter something into one of the forms?
We restrict the use of certain characters wherever you have the ability of adding something to the Recipe Club to help prevent unauthorised use of the site, hacking and general malicious disruption to our standard service. All standard alphanumeric characters are allowed as well as > < \ / ' , - _ tab and new line.
