Masala Lamb Kebabs

Serves: 4 Time to table: 15 minutes

Spiced and marinated in yogurt these tender kebabs made with lamb leg cubes are great for the barbecue and summer eating

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together the marinade ingredients. Add the lamb, stir gently, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or ideally overnight.
  2. Thread the meat onto 4 short metal skewers.
  3. Cook on a preheated moderate grill or prepared barbecue for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve with naan bread and a cucumber, tomato and onion raita
