Terms and Conditions - Love Cooking

  1. Open only to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents’ aged 18 or over, excluding employees and families of EBLEX, the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board and participating retailers, associated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 21st February 2012.
  3. There are three prizes of a romantic weekend break, for two people, in their local area in the UK, up to the value of £500 to be won. The prize comprises two nights in standard twin accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis assuming two people sharing. Travel, spending money and any other costs and expenses are the winners ‘and guests’ own. Winners guest must be 18 years or over.
  4. The prizes will be awarded to the first three entrants drawn at random under independent supervision.
  5. Internet access required to enter. To enter simply send us a picture of you cooking a beef or lamb dish for your someone special.
  6.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, corrupted or miss-sent in transmission for any reason.
  7. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part, to the stated prizes and, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  8. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
  1. The names and counties of the winners will be available on www.simplybeefandlamb.co.uk for 3 months after the closing date.
  2. When you submit your photograph via the promotion, you licence and grant the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees, an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. You agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use. You warrant that the materials are your original works, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and you have full authority to grant these rights.
  3. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity with no further recompense.
