
The Make it with Mince Challenge 2011 is now closed for entries. Six regional heats judged by Saturday Kitchen’s James Martin will take place up and down the country from 14-16 November 2011. A chance to spend the day with celebrity chef James Martin to learn about working in the catering industry. Your trip will include behind-the-scenes visits to some top restaurants, where you will be able to try your hand in the kitchen and have a chance to taste the amazing food too!
