Ingredients
- 25g/1oz dried porcini mushrooms
- 3-4 pickled walnuts, rinsed, drained and roughly chopped
- 100g/4oz fresh white breadcrumbs
- 30-45ml/2-3tbsp freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- Salt and freshly milled black pepper
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
