

Sirloin Steak with Chips and Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lean beef sirloin steaks (around 225g each)
- 1-2 teaspoons rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
- 30g butter
To serve:
- Prepared peppercorn or steak sauce of your choice
- Your favourite chips or fries
- Green salad
Method
- Remove the steaks from the fridge at least 20 minutes before cooking to bring up to room temperature.
- Brush the steaks with a little oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
- Place the steaks into the basket, with half the butter on top of each steak.
- Cook the steaks in the air fryer for 8 minutes (for medium).
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer, loosely cover with foil, and rest for a few minutes.
- Serve your steaks with your favourite chips (we used skinny), steak sauce and a green salad.
