Winter is coming!
We all know the feeling, it’s that bit darker when you leave work, and the winter duvet has been on the bed for weeks. But turn that frown upside down because we are here to help you get through these murky evenings by providing some culinary comfort. Along with the sun, red meat is one of the few natural sources of vitamin D we can get, so as well as tasting great our recipes below will give you a quick and easy way to get your fix through the winter months.
We synthesise most of the vitamin D in our bodies from sunshine, but from October to March the sun is at the wrong angle for this process to occur.*
