Thin cuts

What's Thin cuts

Thin cuts come from a variety of beef muscles and generally cut thinly (5-7mm thick). The steaks are quick and easy to cook with and deliver a robust flavour. The cut is also naturally lean and offers great value for money too.

How Can I Cook It?

This steak needs quick cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side so that it retains its succulence and doesn’t dry out and become tough. If you prefer a rarer steak, opt for a reduced cooking time.

What Else Could I Use?

You could also use frying steaks, minute steaks or stir-fry strips. They are all great for quick mid-week meals such as steak sandwiches, salads, stir-fries, fajitas, curries and pasta dishes.

Did You Know?

You can replace thin cut steaks with frying or minute steaks.
